Meeting Reminder

I want to remind everyone we have a meeting tonight.  Everyone try to get to my house by 6pm except for cylent since he has to do something.  He will be here later hopefully.  We will go to probably Carl's Jr and then we'll go the the High Society Lounge to practice.

Preseason beings Jan 10!

The preseason starts on Jan 10.  That means our only preseason game will be sometime between Jan 10 to Jan 18.  It will be played on the map cp_well.  We have two weeks till the season kicks off guys.  Practice well.

The team meeting is currently scheduled this saturday at 6:00 pm.  We will go to local fast food restaurant.  We will practice afterwards as a team in a local lan center.

Team Meeting and Practice

Bonus Points is Ready!

Bonus Points is ready!  We have enough members ready and I have issued a ticket notifying the CEVO support department for TF2.  I expect our team to be put on the ready standings shortly.  Right now everyone practice as much as possible!  The season will be starting soon.

SteffanColbertt we will miss you...

First, I want to apologize to all of those involved in the debacle yesterday.  I want to say sorry to the XO, John Stewartt, and especially SteffanColbertt.  

SteffanColbertt, please do not blame the XO, or John Stewartt, they were just good guys following orders.  I have to admit, I was upset yesterday when even up to 6:25 pm only the XO, Stewartt, and I were on steam.  I felt that no one was really taking anything seriously.  I spend alot of time on this team and I am very passionate in its operations  and I can be somewhat of a perfectionist so I like things to go perfectly.

 Stewartt and he may have said some things to you and I apologize for that. I understand that
we should have shown up at the practice but our internet failed and there was no way we could have.  If you had a problem you can always talk to me directly.  

Unfortunately things happened the way it happened.  I just want you to know that you will be missed and I will not object to your decision to leave the team.  That is your decision and yours alone.  However, if you ever decide to return to Bonus Points, you are more than welcome to.  You will always be part of the team, don't forget that the name

you are as much a part of it as any of us are.  Hopefully, we have all learned from this experience and will grow from it.  I salute you, SteffanColbertt!

Team Practice

I want to propose three team practices this week.  Everyone is REQUIRED to show up.  The dates are Tuesday 12/18, Wednesday 12/19, and Thursday 12/20.  The times for every practice day is 6:30 pm.  The practices should last at least a hour.  If anyone is not able to show up on any one of these days, please let me know and we will reschedule.

Reminders

I want to remind everyone to install teamspeak, register for cevo/gamesurge, and also update your steam IDs on Cevo.  Also, try to record a game that you play so we can watch it after next weeks meeting and analyze and offer advices.  Right now we have four people on our ready roster on Cevo!  We just need 2 more people, so hurry up people!

cylentassassin

We have another new member: cylentassassin.  He's our sixth member and we have reached the minimum amount of players needed to compete for the cevo season!  Everyone please welcome him into Bonus Points and may he enjoy wonderful success in Team Fortress 2.  Congratulations cylentassassin!  You are now an official member of Bonus Points.

IRC Channel Update

I just set up the team's IRC channel.  It is #bonus-points.  The old proposed channel of #BP was not available so I took #bonus-points.  Download mIRC and signup at gamesurge.net and join our channel.  I will try to be on the channel as much as possible.  If you have any questions just contact me on steam.  I am also looking to register a bot on our channel too.

New Members

I have heard news that there will be new members joining our team soon.  We need at least six team members to enter, so we have to fill up the last couple roster spaces.  More news as it breaks.

Pay Pal is Evil!

Yep, indeed they are.  Today I tried to pay for John Stewartt's account and it wouldn't let me.  I tried two credit cards and my bank account but all refused.  Now, I have to wait 3-5 business days for paypal to verify my account and that means that I have to pay $20 for every team member.  *sighs*  Boo indeed... Stupid paypal.

Team Meeting

Despite all the troubles with PayPal...I propose a team meeting set tentatively at 7:00 pm on Sunday.  I have no doubt we will be combat ready by the 28th even if I have to fork out $20 bucks per team member.

I just received an email from the CEO of Cevo and he doesn't know why PayPal restrict my credit card usage for other team members.  I shall contact a PayPal representative when I get back from work today.  -_-
